How are the garden fountains shipped?
Most of our fountains are shipped via LTL freight due to their weight and size. They are securely packed in wooden crates or on pallets to ensure they arrive at your home in perfect condition.
Do I need to hire a plumber to install my fountain?
Generally, no. Most of our garden fountains are self-contained and recirculate water using an included electric pump. You simply fill them with water and plug the pump into a standard outdoor GFCI outlet.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that because of the specialized nature of our products, returned items must be in original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
How do I maintain my fountain during the winter?
In climates where freezing occurs, we recommend draining your fountain entirely, removing the pump, and storing it indoors. If the fountain is too heavy to move, cover it with a waterproof fountain cover to prevent ice damage.
Are the fountains made of real stone?
We offer a variety of materials including cast stone, glass-fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), and resin. Our cast stone fountains are handcrafted to mimic the look and feel of natural stone while providing enhanced durability.
Do you offer a warranty on the water pumps?
Yes, all our fountain pumps come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the specific model and brand.
