At Garden-Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard water features and garden decor. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully drain all water and clean the fountain, then secure the unit in its original protective crate or box with all internal padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fountain for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
